Iced Hemp Milk Latte (no coffee)

Servings: 1 large or 2 small

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

  • 1-2 tsp Honey

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 1/2 cups Water

  • Ice

Directions

  1. Blend the hemp hearts, honey, vanilla extract, and water until on high until completely smooth. If your blender doesn’t blend completely smooth, strain with a very fine strainer such as this one.

  2. Pour over ice.
