My Go-To Foods When I'm Craving Sugar

We all crave sugar from time to time, so instead of reaching for a sugary snack, what are some options? Here are my favorites:
(Also, if you struggle with eating too many carbs in one sitting, remember to pair your carbs with protein and fat...apples and sunflower butter for example.)
Fresh Fruit
Dried fruit with no additional ingredients: dates, raisins, prunes (I promise they taste amazing if you try this kind), or mango.
Coconut Water
Trader Joe's Organic 72% Cacao Belgian Dark Chocolate (read more about chocolate)
Fake Frappe: Buy Mooala brand banana milk and blend with Collagen (1 scoop) and Dandy Blend (1 tbsp)
