Healthy fats are critical for essential bodily functions. Are you consuming them in your diet regularly? Here are two major reasons to consume healthy fats for brain health!

Consuming omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to improve brain function and structure. (1) They also “can prevent and treat mental disorders.” (2)

Where can you find good omega-3 sources?

The richest sources of omega-3 are “oily fish, fish oil and cod-liver oil.” (2) Take your fish oil supplement and consume high-quality fish (wild-caught, not farm-raised) once a week if possible. At 925 Strong we carry the Puori brand of fish oil which you can purchase.
