A recent Nutrition Challenge participant mentioned how fast he’s falling asleep with the nutrition plan he’s on in the Challenge...and not just falling asleep, falling into DEEP SLEEP. Good sleep is a key way to support the immune system.

PHASE 1 (2-4 months): The Nutrition Challenge -OR- Nutrition Membership
Nutrition Challenge
The group Nutrition Challenge is 8-weeks in length and offered twice a year (New Years and Fall). This is a great way to receive the tools, accountability, and support needed to get on track! At the end of the Challenge, you will choose your Nutrition Membership for staying on track and accountable after the Challenge.
Nutrition Memberships
The Nutrition Membership options are available at any time and you receive 1:1 Nutrition Sessions along with other support (meal planning, text check-ins, InBody Scans, online group with additional education).
Level 1 ($149/month)

One Nutrition Session (30-minutes)
Two text check-ins
One food log review
Customized weekly meal planning
InBody Scan
Additional resources/accountability in our private online community
Level 2 (most popular) ($199/month)
What’s included each month:
Two Nutrition Sessions (30-minutes each)

Once you have completed 2-4 months of Phase 1 (a Nutrition Challenge and/or Nutrition Membership), you can continue your Nutrition Membership as long as you prefer, or move to a Maintenance option below.

Can I sign up for only meal planning? Yes! Send our Nutrition Director a food log for review, and if you’re already on a good path, we’ll set you up for Meal Planning!
