Maybe you picked the wrong goal and you didn't truly care about it...
Maybe the size of your goal is too big and you are burned out...
Maybe you didn't have any milestones...between the start and finish, you need progress points!!!
Your goals need to be highly planned and highly flexible...meaning:
Create a list of habits!
Create a list of milestones!
Essentially, imagine where you want to be and reverse engineer from there. What is each small step you need to take on the path to your end goal?
