Why You Need a Nutrition Kickstart

For some people, eating well is easy. For others, it’s more difficult. I’ve witnessed those who eat well 100% of the time because any straying from the path of eating well leads to disabling pain. But there are also those fortunate enough to not have such strong reactions and this oftentimes leads to a multitude of less-than-ideal food choices.
If you’re in the fortunate category, I want you to stay there! And by taking charge of your nutrition now, hopefully, you can avoid any adverse impacts later down the road. We all need a food reset at times and this Nutrition Kickstart is a great way to do exactly that.
