What our Nutrition Kickstart is, and What it’s Not
Many times when people hear about a nutrition program or event, it’s assumed that it’s based on calorie restriction, macro restriction, or some other restriction. Calorie restriction isn’t a very sustainable process and that’s why our program is focused on healthy and sustainable habits that you can do for the rest of your life!
There are countless fad diets and diet methodologies out there. This is about real food and the strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term. Here’s a breakdown of what our Nutrition Kickstart is and is not.
What it is:
Tracking healthy habits: when you track, you earn points.
Habits tracked include:
Eating real food and avoiding inflammatory foods (the transition is much easier than you think!!)
Working out
Hydration
Sleep
Sharing photos of what you’re eating
Gratitude
We’ll have weekly winners and those winners will be entered into a drawing for the final prize.

What it’s not:
No counting calories required.
