Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
4 cups Frozen Berries
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
4 Eggs
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat the inside of an 8x8 baking dish with 1 tsp coconut oil.
Layer 1: Place 2 cups of frozen berries on the bottom of the dish.
Layer 2: Place 2 cups of rolled oats evenly over the berries.
Layer 3: Blend or whisk together the cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and eggs, and then pour over the fruit and oat layers.
Layer 4: Add the remaining 2 cups of frozen fruit as the top layer in the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
