Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen Berries

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Coat the inside of an 8x8 baking dish with 1 tsp coconut oil.

  3. Layer 1: Place 2 cups of frozen berries on the bottom of the dish.

  4. Layer 2: Place 2 cups of rolled oats evenly over the berries.

  5. Layer 3: Blend or whisk together the cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and eggs, and then pour over the fruit and oat layers.

  6. Layer 4: Add the remaining 2 cups of frozen fruit as the top layer in the dish.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
