Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup 100% Dark Chocolate Chips (Trader Joe’s Organic Completely Cacao Chips, Unsweetened Chocolate)

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil 

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt

  • 1/2 cup Honey

  • 4 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 4 Eggs

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt the Dark Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil on the lowest setting possible so that it’s kept as cool as possible while still melting together. Remove from heat as soon as possible.

  3. Add in the Vanilla Extract, Himalayan Salt, and Honey.

  4. Stir in the Cacao Powder (use a whisk).

  5. Whisk in the Eggs (if the mixture has cooled down enough not to cook the eggs when added).

  6. Cover a pie plate or 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and bake for approximately 18 minutes. This time may vary depending on the oven, so check at the 15-minute point, if not before.
