What to Expect During a Nutrition Kickstart

For many of us, habits and routines form the foundation of our daily lives: wake, eat, work, workout, sleep, repeat… But what if those habits aren’t leading you to where you want to be 5 or 10 years from now? If this is you, it’s time for some habit change.
The Nutrition Kickstart is for those ready to reset, detox, and change habits for good. Participants begin with an overview of what foods to eat and a guidebook that covers all the details you need along with many recipes. Another major component of the Kickstart is the accountability you receive both internally (your goals and tracking) and externally (your 925 community).
Along with the guidebook and accountability, you’ll receive additional education on the why of what you’re doing. Understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing can help with motivation and habit change.
There are also prizes for earning the most points in a Kickstart, but the best prize you will ever earn through completing a kickstart is habit change. Imagine what life-changing impacts you and those you love will receive from changing your habits to healthier ones and staying consistent over the long run.
