Here is strategy #4 to increase your willpower. Be honest and accountable.

What are the root issues behind why you’re not working on or reaching your goals? Be honest with yourself about the why. You probably know yourself better than anyone else!

Being honest also works well with accountability...someone who will check in with you and hold you accountable with your daily habits and goals! You’re 95% more likely to reach your goals if you have consistent accountability. (1)

Here are several more ideas for accountability:

  • Train or meal prep with others

  • Record your progress

  • Keep a food journal and share it with your Nutrition Coach

  • Be objective and scientific with a monthly or quarterly InBody Scan (Reminder: Now is the time to schedule your Q2 InBody Scan with your Coach at 925 Strong.)
