If you’re struggling to stay on track with your goals and dreams, here is strategy #1 to increase your willpower.

Create a SMART goal.

  • Specific

  • Measurable

  • Attainable

  • Relevant

  • Timely

Instead of, “I want to lose fat and gain muscle,” write something like: 

“By December 1, 2021, I will be 20% body fat through the habits of meal prepping healthy food every Sunday, working out 4-5x per week, and cultivating healthy stress management habits such as...”
