C-Boost Smoothie

Did you read the recent blog post about Vitamin C? Are you curious about how to incorporate more Vitamin C-rich foods into your daily routine? Try the recipe below (or a variation). NOTE: You will need a high speed blender (Vitamix for example) for completely smooth texture.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tbsp dried mulberries

  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 scoops collagen powder

  • 1 tsp camu camu powder

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices

  • 1 cup frozen dark red cherries

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients listed into your blender in the order above.

  2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
