Anti-Inflammatory Mango Smoothie

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 cups frozen mango

  • 2-3 scoops of collagen powder

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger

  • 1/2 tsp fresh turmeric

Directions

  • Blend on high in VitaMix or similar high-speed blender.
